JBA Clutch has officially launched its exclusive Winter Training Program, providing Clutch players with a comprehensive approach to skill development. Each week, athletes participate in structured sessions focusing on defense, hitting, catching, throwing, and the mental aspects of the game—all within a team training environment. The first week kicked off with Throwing and Arm Care, ensuring players build a strong foundation for the weeks ahead.
As the program progresses, athletes will refine their skills through specialized training. Week 2 focuses on Infield Development, sharpening glove and hand actions. Weeks 3 and 4 dive into Hitting, covering balance, rhythm, body control, approach, routine, and the power of positive self-talk. Footwork and tagging take center stage in Week 5, while Week 6 shifts to Outfield Development and reading hops. Week 7 highlights the art of bunting, and the program concludes in Week 8 with a final hitting session, bringing it all together. Clutch players are putting in the work this winter to ensure they shine when summer arrives!
