8-Week Camp is built for younger athletes (8u-12u) and focuses on developing a strong foundation of movement skills and body control. Training will emphasize age-appropriate strength, balance, coordination, and proper movement patterns that set the stage for long-term athletic development. Athletes will learn how to move efficiently and safely, building confidence and athleticism that directly supports their growth in baseball and softball.
Led by Alex Tarras, former college baseball player/coach and current director of Athletic Performance at CTI.
