8-Week Camp is designed for older athletes (13u-17) who are ready to take their game to the next level. Training will focus on developing total-body strength, explosive power, and dynamic movements that directly transfer to performance on the diamond. Athletes will build a stronger foundation, improve bat speed, throwing velocity, and overall explosiveness - all while learning proper techniques to maximize perfomance and reduce injury risk.

Led by Alex Tarras, former college baseball player/coach and current director of Athletic Performance at CTI.
